This past weekend was like a point of emphasis, driving home what we probably already knew: Bayern Munich are in a different class from the rest of the Bundesliga, and so are Hamburg and Cologne. (A lower one.) Matt and Abel are back together this week, taking it all in: The future of Bayern Munich (and whether it might include Thomas Tuchel); whether Europe's young guns will be enticed by Stöger-ball in Dortmund; just how cooked are HSV and 1.FC Köln's geese; how high can Tayfun Korkut take VfB Stuttgart? (That last one is given musical life by the spectacular Adam Darowski - we cannot express the extent of our thanks.)
